Player safety is above all the fun players can receive from the event. Organiser is reserving a right to stop the game at any time in order to make sure players will be safe. We have very high level of medical service on spot, security personel, firefighters and as well we are in strong contact with police in order to make sure that player safety is secured.
In any way in a case of some undpredicted situation find below several processes how to comply.
Player Physical Condition:
Players should count on being exposed to high physical activities, lot of walking, lack of comfort, demanding weather conditions, lask of sleep. We highly suggest participants before registering to consider whether their physical condition is sufficient for the event. Players with some specific medical requirements (Heart problems, Heavy diabetes, Heavy allergies etc. must report to medics on the offzone before game start for check up). Players are advised to conduct during the year sport activities to make sure they can enjoy the event from the beggining to the end without getting totally exhaused.
Hydration is the Key!
Players are obliged to drink enought water during the event in order to prevent dehydration and body colapses. Drinking water will be provided from the cistern on spot but as well each player should bring and drink at least 3 liters of water per day.
Not go anywhere alone
Due to the fact that the game area is quite large it is not reccomended for player to go somewhere within the game premises alone in order not to get lost.
Players are obliged to have proper equipment for the event, extra clothing is suggested also gear against bad weather and prepper sleeping bag - nights might be chilly.
In the case you would not feel good
Visit the medical sations next to HQ or offzone for consultation with medic. Medical Crew is there for you to help 24/7.
Real Steel Weapons
Non airsoft fire weapons are prohibeted on the offzone as well on the event - participants with such a devices would be immediately game banned and asked to leave game area.
The game will be conducted under all weather conditions. The organizers reserve the right to stop the game if extreme weather conditions, that may severely endanger the health and safety of the participants, occur.
What to do in the case of the accident:
In the case of any health related accident the game will be stopped and all participants would be expected to assist the injured and in meantime alerting the Organizers. All participants shall carry a first aid kit in their webbing. Profesional Medical First Aid assistance will be available in the Offzone. All Game participants travelling to the Czech Republic from abroad should double check whether they need to be additionally insured for the trip. The Organizers will not be responsible for paying any hospital bills should they occur.
You will find all needed emergency contacts in the pregame materials and on the back side of the game map.
In the game area and its surrounding is strongly prohibited to make fire.
What to do in the case of fire in the game zone:
In the case you will spot a fire in the game zone start shouting Fire or Hori/Ho-rzhi/ and immediately inform the game organizers by the mobile hotline. Assess the danger of the fire before attempting to contain or extinguish it by yourself. Fire extinguishers and other fire fighting equipment will be available at the Organizers Tent and the Organizers will offer all assistance in terminating the fire.
Making open fire:
It is prohibited to make open fires in the game zone or the surrounding areas.
Smoking areas must be used for smoking only.Cigarette butts need to be properly extinguished and packed in a bag or container that can be later emptied at an allocated site.
It is strongly advised to look after your personal bellongings so it does not get lost once many people have similar gear and equipment.
